Castle Health & Wellness Chiropractic brings professional, on-site chair massage right to your workplace at no cost to your company. Your team gets a real break in the middle of the day, and you look like the hero who brought massages to the office. We handle everything from sign-ups to clean-up.
Here are some of our recent on-site chair massage and spinal & posture screening events around the Inland Empire.
Recent hosts include local dental offices, rehab centers, fitness & Pilates studios, and community markets across Upland and the surrounding Inland Empire.
We agree on a date and time that works for your team. That’s the only real decision you have to make.
You get a ready-to-use sign-up sheet and a flyer to print for the bulletin board or share by email.
Each employee claims their own 10-minute slot, so the whole day runs on a tight, easy schedule.
Participants come a few minutes before their slot to fill out a quick consent form so we can personalize the massage.
We bring the chairs and everything else. Your team relaxes, recharges, and gets back to their day refreshed.
“You pick the date. We bring the smiles. Everything in between is on us.”
Want to give your team even more? We can pair the chair massages with quick, on-site spinal & posture screenings — a fun, eye-opening way for employees to learn a little about their own posture and spinal health.
If the massage brings up something more serious — a nagging ache, recurring tension, or a pain you’ve been ignoring — and you want to understand what’s actually going on, just let one of our team members know at the event.
We bring a limited number of 2-Visit Pain & Posture Evaluation gift cards to each event for team members who are ready for real answers. For $47 you get two appointments at our clinic, a clear picture of your spine and posture, and a personalized set of next steps if you decide to address it.
Up to 5 spots per event · Ask us at the chairWe’re gathering kind words from the teams we’ve visited — and this is where they’ll live. If your team enjoyed an event with us, we’d love to feature your experience here. The smiles in the photos above say a lot in the meantime!
We’re Castle Health & Wellness Chiropractic, a local clinic in Upland led by Dr. Raul Castillo, D.C. These events are simply how we like to introduce ourselves to the community.
Our belief is simple: when you provide a quality service at no charge, people remember it — and they seek you out when they truly need help. So we focus on making the day genuinely fun and relaxing for your team. Helping people comes first; everything else follows naturally.
“We’d rather earn your trust by giving first. The massage is real, the relaxation is real, and there’s never any pressure.”
Fair question, and we’re happy to be upfront. We’re a chiropractic clinic, and these events are how we introduce ourselves to the community. Our philosophy is that public service is our public relations — we believe that when you provide a quality service at no charge, people will think of us when they need care down the road.
That’s it. There’s no cost to your company, no sales pitch to your team, and no obligation of any kind. The massage is genuinely free and genuinely good.
Nothing. The event is 100% free — no fees, no invoices, and nothing to bill to insurance. All we ask is that you provide a little space and help your team sign up for time slots.
Each participant gets a 10-minute chair massage, and we run on a tight, organized schedule. Once we agree on a date, we send over a sign-up sheet and a flyer. Your team members claim their own time slots, and we ask each person to arrive about 5 minutes early to fill out a quick consent form.
It does two simple things. First, it gives us a little background on what may be going on with each person’s health, so our doctor knows what to be aware of and can personalize and optimize the massage for them. Second, it provides consent for us to perform the massage. It only takes a minute or two to complete.
Very little! We bring the massage chairs and everything else. All you need is a bit of space — a breakroom, conference room, or quiet corner works great — and a way to share the sign-up sheet and flyer with your staff (a bulletin board, an email, or whatever you already use to communicate).
Yes — and they’re free too. We can pair the chair massages with quick, friendly, non-invasive spinal & posture screenings. They’re a fun, eye-opening add-on that runs right alongside the massages. Just let us know you’re interested when you reach out.
If the massage brings up something you want to understand better — a recurring ache, tension you can’t shake, a pain you’ve been ignoring — just ask one of our team members about the 2-Visit Pain & Posture Evaluation. We bring up to five spots to each event for team members who want real answers. The evaluation is $47 and spans two appointments: on visit one the doctor reviews your history, does a full posture and spinal assessment, and takes any necessary X-rays; on visit two you go over the findings, learn what’s driving the problem, and leave with a personalized correction plan. It’s entirely optional and there’s never any pressure to continue care.
There’s no obligation to ever become a patient — but since people ask, here’s our honest pricing. A chiropractic adjustment is $55. We also take X-rays in-house when the doctor finds them clinically necessary, which are $225.
That said, because we build a personalized correction plan for each person, we’re always willing to work with people based on their financial situation. Our goal is to help, not to put care out of reach.
Just fill out the short form below or call us at (909) 694-4200. Tell us a little about your team and your ideal timing, and we’ll reach out to lock in a date and send over everything you need.
Tell us a little about your team and we’ll reach out within 1 business day to set everything up.
It’s free, it’s easy, and your team will love you for it. Pick a date — we’ll take care of the rest.
